The Personal Directory Lookup service will bring to the users the possibility of  
searching their Cisco Personal Address Book from their IP Phones.
By pressing a speeddial button the user will reach a search menu. The search filter will be based on last name, first name & phone number (in this order). The result will display all matching entries as 'dial' entries so the user can dial directly from this menu. If the matches contain more than one phone (for example business and mobile) an entry per number will be displayed.
