A lot information which is of great interest for a company is stored in the telephone system. Data evaluation by the system, however, is usually very extensive so that special and individual reports can hardly be generated. The "CUCM Query Tool" makes it possible to create tailor-made reports and statistics using all stored data in your CUCM system. The results of the analyses are exported as CSV files which means that they can be imported into various systems (inventory data base, telephone directory etc.) for subsequent processing of the data or evaluation purposes.
