This tool traces call events for all devices associated to a CTI user. When there
is an incoming call the tool will look up in an Exchange server, in a directory,in Cisco Personal Address Book, in a text file and then in the web (default is www.weisseseiten.ch) the calling party number, displaying the result on the phone
