This tool allows performing a directory search from an IP Phone upon an LDAP directory. It will search for contacts by first name, last name and/or telephone number on the configured directory. It will retrieve the mobile, business and home phone, if exists, of the matching contacts.

This tool performs a lookup upon your personal contacts in outlook. The search is started from your IP Phone services menu. It's possible to search for people by first name, last name and telephone number and it will return the entries (if existing) for mobile, bussiness number and home phone.

This tool allows a user to quickly change the language of its phone by pressing two buttons on its IP Phone. Press the services button and select a language from the locales installed in the Cisco CallManager. The phone will perform a short restart and load the desired locale.

This client tool allows users to manipulate their hard phone from their desktop PC. The tool is XML based and presents a GUI which allows the user perform all basic call functions. It can also be fired by a hotkey.
It can be used together with an outlook plugin to add click-to-dial functionality to outlook.
